The minimum data collected is used to inform you, taking into account your country of residence and/or native language, about Explore Your FLOW™ activities, including workshops, training courses, programs, and events that might interest you. Additional data is required once participation has begun to optimize the offerings that may be of interest to you personally, as well as to provide you with a record of your learning journey and program progress.
All your data remains exclusively available to Explore Your FLOW™ and will never be used for offers or proposals outside of what Explore Your FLOW™ provides. The collected data will never be transferred, sold, or marketed to any person, agency, company, or institution other than Explore Your FLOW™.

The Data You Have Provided Is:
- Accessible and modifiable by you and by the Data Controller, Explore Your FLOW™
- Accessible but not modifiable by Explore Your FLOW™ facilitators and instructors
- Accessible, only if you expressly indicate it, but not modifiable, by other participants in group programs (limited to name and general program information)

- Accessible by you through your account dashboard
- Accessible and modifiable by the Data Controller and by the facilitators of the programs you attend

Data Processing Rules

The Personal Data collected includes: first name, last name, address, email address, postal code, city, telephone number, profession, date of birth, and program participation records. Personal data is provided voluntarily by the data subject. The processing of data for the purposes indicated below complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR (EU) and relevant local data protection laws.
Processing Method:
The Data Controller processes the personal data of data subjects by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using computer and/or digital tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in certain cases, authorized personnel involved in the organization may have access to the data, as well as external service providers (such as technical service providers, email service providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and IT companies). These entities may be appointed as Processors by the Data Controller. The current list of appointed Processors can be requested from the Data Controller.
