What is 'Explore Your FLOW™'?

What exactly is this work?

A FLOW - Freedom & Love of Water session is a process where the receiver is gently supported, moved, and cradled in warm water. It is derived from Oceanic Bodywork® and blends gentle stretches, craniosacral principles, Watsu® and mindful touch, not to "fix" but to invite release from physical and emotional tensions.

On a deeper level, FLOW sessions help the nervous system shift from sympathetic mode (fight/flight) into parasympathetic states of rest and regulation. The work integrates across layers; physio (the body), neuro (the mind), and psyche (the deeper sense of self or spirit). All parts of you have space to reconnect.

Each session gently supports the body to move from stress to stillness through:

Polyvagal Awareness

Helping the nervous system shift from "survival" to safety and connection

Craniosacral & Somatic Touch

Supporting the release of tensions stored deep in muscles, joints, and memory

Trauma-informed Care

Where every movement and touch is guided by consent, respect, and emotional safety

Integration & Reconnection

All parts of you have space to reconnect with safety, presence, and wholeness
